This year the Parade of HomesSM offered consumers two (2) "Featured Homes", one in each of the Parade's Villages, The Village of Providence and McMullen Cove. Each of these homes were chosen by the developer of their respective Village.
The "Featured Home" for The Village of Providence was constructed by Brant Neely of B. T. Neely Construction. Located at 14 Devonshite Street, this 2-story home offered 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, custom built cabinets, Oak hardwood flooring, extensive crown molding and trim, and many more amenities.
