It is time once again to begin construction on the Association’s annual Showcase Home Project! Mark Rovere, Action Builders, will be the Construction Manager. Located in MidTowne On The Park, this home will give the building industry an opportunity to once again “showcase” the best in the building industry!

The “Savannah” is the name of the home designed by Julie Brakefield that will be built by Action Builders in MidTowne On The Park. You will go back in time in this beautiful colonial (early classical revival) home with its two story entry porch and the eight Roman Doric columns. As you walk through the home you will enter the early 1800s with the coffered ceilings, elegant wainscotting, and extensive trim. The home features an open floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, bonus room, and 3-car garage.

Builder Association members, including Suppliers, Sub-Contractors and the Action Builders Team are combining their resources and talents to make this a truly memorable Showcase Home.
