Although the 2007 Parade of Homes has come and gone, you can still see the homes that were "On Parade." All the entries, their information and the location maps, along with information on the 2007 Showcase Home (SOLD-Not Open For Viewing), are still on this website. The 2007 Parade of Homes featured 100 entries and three villages, the best that Madison County homebuilders had to offer. Whether you are looking for a starter home or moving up to a larger home to meet the needs of a growing family; whether you are looking for a home that is less expensive for a tighter budget or a glamour home with all the bells and whistles, this Parade had all that you were looking for.

Each year since its inception in the early 1970's, the Parade of Homes has grown to become a much-anticipated major home tour event in this area. Visitors come to see the craftsmanship of local builders, and they use our Parade of Homes Guidebook year-round as a reference when deciding to build or remodel. Your home also remains “live” on our website year-round.

The Parade gives consumers an opportunity to see what’s new and different in home construction and design. This is your chance to showcase your talents as a local builder and member of the HBA.
